Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and create detailed specifications. Documentation: Create BRDs, FRS, use cases, process flows, and prototypes. Maintain project documentation for future reference. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between stakeholders, developers, and testers. Ensure clarity in requirements and address queries promptly. Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Testing Support: Assist in UAT, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with requirements. Required Skills: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA). Experience in ERP, CRM, or data analysis tools.
