Greetings from FutureA4, We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team and make a significant contribution to our Cash Management platform (Straight2Bank NextGen) . Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business users to capture, analyze, and prioritize business requirements in harmony with existing Straight2Bank NextGen cash functionalities. Manage requirements through their complete lifecycle from inception to implementation across multiple systems and interfaces. Develop a sound understanding of cash management products and services , corporate banking channels, industry clearing systems, and various payments file formats used by clients. Provide strong product management expertise , including roadmapping and requirement gathering. Advocate for a user-centric approach to product design and delivery , reflecting UX principles. Utilize metrics and KPIs related to digital channels such as customer satisfaction and adoption statistics — to guide ongoing product improvements.
