Cash and Trade Proc Rep - C05 - MUMBAI

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 role is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. Your main objective will be to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks by providing processing assistance for assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include performing cash management operations such as cash handling, check processing, return items, and lock-box operations. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and training initiatives, where you will train new team members and lower-level personnel. Additionally, you will participate in compliance-related activities to minimize losses and assist with cash & trade operational project needs. It is essential to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policies, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues transparently. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills. A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
