Job Description

Responsible for acquiring new Current and Savings Account customers through field sales, lead generation, and customer outreach. Focused on achieving monthly targets and cross-selling banking products. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new CASA accounts through direct sales. Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, and field visits. Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation. Promote other banking products (FDs, debit cards, etc.). Build and maintain customer relationships. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 06 - 2 years of sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven and customer-focused.
