Sales Generation: Selling various banking products like savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, debit/credit cards, and third-party products like insurance and mutual funds.  Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new customers for the bank through various means, including direct sales, referrals, and networking.  Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to promote further sales and ensure customer satisfaction.  Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods like cold calling, market research, and networking.  Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets on a monthly and periodic basis.  Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to the bank's compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.  Market Research: Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.  Customer Interaction: Handling customer queries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns.  Travel: Extensive travel within the assigned area to meet with customers and conduct sales activities
