Career Councillor

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in and telephonic inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
• Provide honest, career-focused counselling to students and parents.
• Explain course details clearly and passionately (Graphics, Animation, VFX, Gaming, etc.).
• Maintain a database of inquiries and follow-ups via CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with faculty and management for student onboarding.
• Represent the institute during seminars, events, and school/college visits.
• Keep record of student monthly collection and keep them in time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or sales (education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi/ and Punjabi.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
• Confident, friendly, and student-focused personality.

Bonus if you:

• Have prior experience in educational counselling.
• Are tech-savvy and can handle company's portal as well as basic marketing tools or social media.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Civil Lines, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
