Parts Replacement: Removing and replacing faulty parts with new or refurbished components.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate tools and equipment.
Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations (depending on the specific role)
