As a Digital Product Manager at JSW Greentech Limited in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of digital solutions within the automotive and mobility sector. With a focus on Connected Vehicle Technologies, EV Charging Infrastructure, and Digital Product Strategy, you will leverage your over a decade of experience to deliver innovative solutions across global markets. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements for systems such as ADAS, DMS, telematics, and vehicle connectivity. You will conduct competitive benchmarking to analyze competitor products and identify key features and market positioning. Engaging with fleet operators and tech partners, you will gather insights through the Voice of Customer (VOC) and prioritize user-centric features. In this role, you will be responsible for developing feature roadmaps and collaborating with marketing teams to create strategies for a differentiated digital experience. Your role will also involve leading cross-functional coordination with design, IT, and engineering teams to ensure readiness in connectivity, charging infrastructure, and fleet management. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a PG Diploma in Business Analytics being preferred. You should have at least 10 years of experience in product planning, digital product management, and automotive strategy. Your proven track record in managing connected vehicle platforms, EV charging systems, and mobile/web applications will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of telematics, CAN/UDS protocols, and over-the-air updates (FOTA/COTA). Experience working in global markets, including India, Japan, Germany, and Austria, will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
