Candidate Source & Screen Analyst

As a Candidate Source & Screen Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. You will be part of the Recruitment vertical, working in areas such as Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV, Document Collection, Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, collaborating with leading recruitment companies to enhance outcomes by focusing on the candidate experience. Your key tasks will include building a proactive sourcing plan, identifying sourcing channels, and developing tactical strategies aligned with the organization's goals to attract the best talent. In this role, you will be expected to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, with day-to-day interactions primarily with peers within Accenture. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, you will receive moderate-level instructions on daily tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your work and potentially influence the work of others as you operate as an individual contributor within a team. Please be aware that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduation degree and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
