Shift: Hybrid (4:00PM to 1:00 AM) CTC: 4-8 Lac Educational Qualification Graduate with a Bachelors degree MBA (good to have) Experience of working or studying abroad is a plus Must Have Skill: Pursuits & Proposals Support, English Language, Excellent written and verbal communication, MS Office Proficiency & Powerpoint Job Description Write and edit proposal documents Manage the proposal process, organize kick-off meetings and deliver proposals within the required timelines Ensure that the shell template meets RFP requirements, subsequent drafts carry the right content tailored to the opportunity and final document is Brand & Regulatory compliant Work with client service professionals and subject matter experts in developing winning proposals. Be an active member of the Canadian Pursuits/Proposals team Skills and Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in proposal development including exposure to leading proposals across different service lines Excellent English language grammar writing and communication skills Responsible for the development and management of the proposal workflow to adhere to the work plan, schedules, and milestones Strong capabilities in writing and editing proposal documents (RFPs/RFIs etc.) Ease at collaborating effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-disciplinary teams; good team player Ability to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders Capable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities at the same time Ability to handle and manage stress Detail-oriented individual with good creative eye Excellent in proofreading Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.), including the ability to create and modify styles in Word and PowerPoint
