Your role as a Campus Recruiter based in Patna will require you to actively seek, attract, and recruit talent from various universities and colleges. In addition to this, you will be responsible for organizing and participating in career fairs, overseeing campus recruitment events, and establishing strong partnerships with educational institutions. To excel in this position, you should possess expertise in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build professional networks. Prior experience in campus recruitment or university relations is preferred, along with proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment, deliver within deadlines, and previous exposure to the electrical industry would be advantageous for this role.,
