Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Roles & Responsibilities: Establish and maintain good relationships with colleges and universities. Plan and carry out on-campus recruiting events. Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. Identify and source potential candidates using various campus resources. Coordinate campus interviews and other selection activities. Control candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Keep accurate and current records of all campus recruitment activities. Create and implement strategies for attracting top talent on campus. Keep up to date with the latest hiring trends and best practices in campus recruitment. Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process. Always present the company in a professional and positive light. Required Qualification & Requirements: MBA in HR with Min 2 years of experience open for freshers as well Establish and maintain good relationships with colleges and universities. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Campus Recruiter to manage and execute campus hiring initiatives across leading colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with academic institutions, manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, and help attract top early-career talent aligned with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies in collaboration with business and HR leadership. Build and maintain strong partnerships with placement cells, faculty, and student organizations. Coordinate and execute campus hiring events such as pre-placement talks, assessments, group discussions, and interviews. Promote the companys brand and culture across campuses through presentations, social media, and student engagement activities. Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer roll-out. Maintain applicant tracking and generate periodic reports on campus hiring metrics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and plan campus demand accordingly. Drive internship programs and campus ambassador initiatives. Ensure timely onboarding and smooth transition of campus hires into the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in campus or entry-level recruitment (freshers with strong internship experience may be considered). Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willingness to travel to campuses during peak hiring season. Proficient in MS Office and ATS/recruitment tools.
