Cafe Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and other café beverages
• Warm, toast, or serve baked goods (such as croissants or garlic bread).
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organization at the counter
• Engage with customers warmly and confidently explain the menu
• Assist with basic inventory management (beans, milk, supplies)
• Manage opening/closing tasks and support POS operations
• Report directly to the owner/founder and lead one junior staff

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have 1–2 years of café experience
• Are passionate about hospitality
• Can confidently manage the café during busy hours
• Speak English (mandatory) and Hindi, or Kannada
• Are punctual, clean, and committed to consistency
