Strong grasp of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles and applications. - Design Analysis Skills: Hands-on experience with FEA software tools and other engineering analysis platforms to assess structural, thermal, and fatigue aspects of designs. Familiarity with welding standards (e.g., AWS, ISO) and their incorporation into the design and drafting processes. - Effective Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English, capable of clearly communicating design concepts, technical specifications, and project updates to cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
