As a CFD Designer / Analyst at Systel India Rugged Computers, you will play a crucial role in the Engineering Department by defining and executing various responsibilities related to product packaging and design. Your primary focus will be on conducting all work activities in alignment with Systel's Quality Manual, Policy, and Objectives. You will be responsible for engineering, designing, and documenting the packaging of Electro-Mechanical equipment as per Systel's Product Definition. Collaborating with different departments and external customers throughout the Product Development Cycle will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will support Sales/Marketing/Customer teams by reviewing product requirements, creating product specifications, and conceptual drawings. Interface with Manufacturers/Vendors for selecting purchased components, assisting in documentation, prototyping, and testing phases, as well as supporting Manufacturing personnel during production are among the essential duties you will perform. Keeping updated with the latest technological advancements in the mechanical/electro-mechanical discipline will be crucial to contribute effectively to Systel's product structure. Your role will involve project management to comprehend and execute tasks efficiently. Meeting due dates for all project or customer-related tasks and action items will be a priority. Utilizing computers and computer systems for designing products, documenting, analyzing data, and managing tasks will be a significant part of your daily activities. Participating in design reviews, conducting environmental testing of product prototypes, assisting in creating Product Specification Documents, and supporting Sales/Marketing with Product Quotes and Reviews are some of the key responsibilities you will handle. Additionally, you will be involved in revising/design changes through the Engineering Change Process. In terms of educational requirements, you are expected to have a Degree/BSME in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience related to packaging Electro-Mechanical equipment/systems. Proficiency in CAD/CAE software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent Solid Modeling packages is a must. To excel in this role, you should possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines. Being a self-starter, having excellent time management, decision-making skills, and a high level of personal and professional integrity are also essential characteristics for success.,
