Roles and Responsibilities Product Strategy & Planning : Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and development strategy aligned with market trends and business goals. Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive product innovation and differentiation. Research & Development Leadership : Drive the entire product lifecycle from research and ideation through design, prototyping, validation, and mass production. Oversee concept feasibility studies, technical documentation, and performance benchmarking of products. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate closely with R&D, engineering, sourcing, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution. Ensure design for manufacturability, cost optimization, and adherence to timelines and quality standards. Technology & Vendor Management : Identify emerging technologies and collaborate with domestic/international vendors and OEMs for component development and sourcing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry certifications. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Communication : Build and lead a high-performing product development team. Present product proposals and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Skills & Technical Proficiency In-depth experience in washing machine product development or closely related appliances. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, component engineering, electrical integration, and firmware coordination . Proficient in tools like CAD, BOM structuring, product validation techniques, and cost modeling . Sound understanding of compliance standards (ISI/BIS/IEC) and industry best practices. Experience in managing in-house OEM/ODM operations while overseeing outsourced development initiatives and cross-functional project delivery. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into technical product solutions. Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering is mandatory. M.Tech or MBA with specialization in Product Management/Technology will be an added advantage.

This role is crucial for creating precise machine programs for punch presses and laser cutting machines based on part drawings. You will report to the mechanical/head of the design office in India and collaborate functionally with technicians in France, ensuring efficient production flows and maintaining key databases. Main Activities File Conversion & Creation : Convert vector image files ( DXF ) to meet specific production needs, and if necessary, create DXF files using drawing software. Machine Program Creation : Create efficient machine programs by optimizing and/or creating tools and sheet sizes for punch presses and laser cutting machines . Database Maintenance : Maintain the punch press tool inventory and laser cutting specifications within the database. Responsibility and Authority Work strictly in accordance with established procedures, referring to your supervisor in case of difficulties. Adhere to the company's code of ethics in all professional conduct. Respond to requests with programmed solutions, ensuring they meet specified quality and deadline requirements. Skills and Knowledge Technical Background : Technician in mechanical and manufacturing . Language Proficiency : Fluency in the French language will be a significant advantage for effective functional collaboration. Machine Operation Expertise : Master the technique and operation of both punch presses and laser cutting machines . Production Flow Knowledge : Professional knowledge of internal production flows. Software Proficiency : General knowledge of our dedicated software for machine programming . General knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design). General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite .
