Job Responsibilities: Feature Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new advanced features for our software product. Bring competitive advantage into the product Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Conduct code reviews, offer feedback, and enforce coding standards. Software Development & Team management: Lead efforts in refactoring, optimizing, and improving existing C++ codebase. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements. Innovation and Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Propose and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance software capabilities. Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging experimentation and continuous learning. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and validation processes for new features and existing code. Ensure that new features meet performance, security, and reliability standards. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues during the development and testing phases. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new features. Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and features.
