Job Title: SAP C4C Consultant Experience: 812 Years Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, New Delhi, Mumbai Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Consultant to lead and deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions within SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of expertise in CRM technologies, with a minimum of 3 years in SAP C4C, and have a proven track record in managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of SAP C4C solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective SAP C4C solutions. Integration Expertise: Oversee the integration of SAP C4C with other SAP modules and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure SAP C4C modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing, to meet client-specific needs. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest SAP C4C developments and innovations, applying them to enhance solution offerings. Required Qualifications: Experience: 8–12 years in CRM technologies, with at least 3 years in SAP C4C. Leadership: Minimum of 3 years in a people management role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP C4C modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing. Integration Knowledge: Experience in integrating SAP C4C with other SAP modules and third-party applications. Project Management: Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions on time and within budget. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: SAP Certified in SAP C4C or related SAP modules. Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or telecommunications.

Role & responsibilities End to end Implementation experience in Emarsys with ECC/S4HANA, Hybris Commerce and C4C and CDP environments. Experience in SAP Emarsys customer engagement functionality Expertise in Interaction configurations, VCE (visual content editor), smart insights, dashboards, Tactics, triggered emails, segments, webchannel campaigns. Expertise in importing the data Expertise in CRM Ads Functionality knowledge in SAP Emarsys Cust.Eng., e-com accelerator End to end Implementation experience in SAP CDP with Emarsys, Hybris Commerce and CRM environments. At least 12 years of experience in SAP CX- Emarsys, CDP, CRM and C4C .

Decoupled Communication: Ability to implement decoupled, scalable, and reactive communication between applications. Real-Time Processing: Proficiency in handling high volumes of events for real-time data processing and distribution. Role & responsibilities 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP CPQ, hands on experience of coding as part of SAP CPQ with overall 7+ years of experience in IT industry. Good experience in Python scripting and good to have experience in java scripting and NodeJS. Good to have experience HTML, CSS etc. Good experience in writing global scripts. Good experience in Quote document creation. Knowledge on SOAP and REST APIs, iFlows. Experience in setting up workflow rules and actions. Experience in CPQ Quote configuration, quote tables, Custom quote tabs, quote and quote item fields. Experience in product catalog configuration which includes products, catalogs, attributes, product types, custom tables etc. Good experience in setting up pricing of CPQ. Good to have experience in integration of C4C and CPQ. Good to have experience in integration of SAP and Non-SAP systems. Evaluates, designs, develops, programs/codes technical solutions to meet functional business requirements not addressed through commercial application configuration including technical object development within commercial applications, and development of custom applications or micro services leveraging on-premise and/or cloud-based capabilities and tools. Analyze and modify existing technical solutions, and/or code or formulate logic for new programs, applications and services based on functional requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows and forms and/or custom application functionality. Perform coding, technical testing, debug, and functional testing support. Develop and recommend changes in development standards, methodologies, and practices.

Experience on SAP C4C UI Designing using Cloud Studio, should be capable of translating business requirements to proposed SAP C4C solutions remaining close to standard functionality as possible. Support complex SAP Cloud for Customer implementations. Familiar with integrations between C4C and SAP/non-SAP systems using CPI or SOAP/REST/ODATA web services. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in C4C Must have hands-on experience with C4C sales/services and its integrations Skillful in UI designing, UI script, custom BO creation, extensions and BADIs. Experience in ABSL, UI Designer and SAP ODATA collection. Support product architect in analysis of ongoing vendor product release Good understanding of C4C objects model to address questions from CRM and integration teams Collaborate with product managers, product architects, and dev leads on solution design and day to day operations. Support procedures related to QA, UAT, and release execution cycles.
