Job Description

As a member of the SI-EA-O-AIS Procurement Team at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of essential commodities for smart infrastructure projects. Your expertise in handling Current & Voltage MV Transformers (CT-VT) and Measuring Instruments (MIT), managing a variety of components such as relays, sensors, castle locks, tripping devices, connectors, and solenoids, as well as overseeing LV compartment wiring, assembly, and breaker wire harness will be invaluable. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting digitalization drives and presales activities for both domestic and export projects, finalizing rate contracts for panel-related equipment, and driving cost-saving initiatives with a strong foundation in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Your contribution to sustainability, Carbon Web Assessment (CWA), and Energy Savings Act (ESA) topics will be essential in aligning procurement practices with environmental goals. You will also be involved in providing NX Tool Support for design and engineering tasks, leading key initiatives and cost improvement projects within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function, and actively contributing to the overall success of the team. Your role as an Electrical/Electronics Engineer will require a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the commodities involved and the ability to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
