Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring seamless implementation of Oracle EBS Finance functionalities. The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users and stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements. Oracle EBS Functionality: Strong expertise in the current Oracle EBS Finance functionalities is essential. The candidate should be able to utilize this knowledge to address business needs. Solution Identification: Analyze business requirements and identify whether the solution can be achieved using Oracle EBS's out-of-the-box functionality or if custom development is needed. Business Validation and Support: Work closely with the business team to validate solutions, provide support, and ensure successful implementation of identified functionalities. End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full ownership of the project from initiation to implementation, managing all deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Implementation Experience: The candidate should have the ability to discuss and elaborate on various Oracle EBS Finance implementations they have been involved in. Integration Knowledge: Must have experience in working with upward and downward applications and interfaces, and be able to clearly articulate their role in such integrations. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant, with a focus on Oracle EBS Finance Modules. Strong understanding of Oracle Financials and relevant interfaces. Hands-on experience with project management for Oracle EBS implementations. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate complex technical information in business terms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address business challenges using Oracle EBS functionalities. Experience with Oracle EBS Upward/Downward application integration is a must. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Oracle EBS certification is a plus.
