Business Relationship Manager

You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Auto Loans and a minimum qualification of Any Graduate. As a Relationship Manager at the grade of Deputy Manager/Manager, your responsibilities will include driving Retail Assets sales, focusing on Auto Loan and Personal Loan products. Your main objective will be to achieve the monthly sales target of the Branch according to the budget. In this role, you will need to educate Branch Resource activation on Retail Assets Products, generate leads by contacting potential customers over the telephone, address inquiries on loans from walk-in customers, and conduct marketing activities to ensure good lead conversions. You will be expected to meet targets on number, disbursal, and volume, and possess the ability to explain complex product information in a simple and clear manner. Additionally, you will be required to conduct regular strong follow-ups on leads, logins, and disbursement, as well as generate fresh ideas to increase Asset Cross-Sell on the existing CASA Database. Collaboration with the credit team, OPS team, and RCU for timely sanction, disbursal, and maintaining daily MIS will be essential for success in this role.,
