A typical day involves collaborating with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection. Your role will be pivotal in refining processes over time, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and enhance overall effectiveness.
