Project Role : Business Function Design Architect
Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
Good to have skills : Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary: As a Business Function Design Architect, you will engage in the innovative design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with organizational requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing existing processes, and creating blueprints that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. You will also participate in quality management reviews to ensure that all design requirements are met, while educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the proposed designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Experience in process mapping and blueprint creation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
