Business Executive

About Us:

We are a growing Robotics and STEM education company dedicated to empowering students through hands-on learning in robotics, AI, coding, and electronics. We provide training, robotics kits, and help schools set up fully-equipped robotics labs.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Executive who will lead efforts in three key areas:

• Setting up Robotics Labs in schools
• Driving online marketing and lead generation
• Managing online sales of robotics kits

The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, a passion for education, and the ability to grow our brand presence both offline and online.

Key Responsibilities:

Robotics Lab Setup & School Outreach

• Identify and approach schools to pitch robotics lab installation and training programs
• Conduct demos, school meetings, and prepare proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school stakeholders

Online Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, Instagram)
• Manage SEO, website content, and social media channels
• Generate and follow up on leads from digital campaigns

Robotics Kit Sales – E-Commerce

• Manage online kit sales via Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Coordinate orders, packaging, shipping, and customer service
• Track sales data, analyze trends, and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, EdTech, or digital marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with online tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, CRM, MS Excel
• Basic understanding of robotics/STEM education (training will be provided)
