Role: Business Development Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate who will build & manage the Sales Operations vertical for BelleVie. Has an experience in Business development & after sales operations and the technological know-how of the latest CRM and other software for day to day business management.

1. To understand the product/ customers/ processes and accordingly implement the plans.

2. To be an on - ground expert in sales and operations and set up business plans.

3. Drive and motivate the team to achieve the given targets.

4. Continuous market research to identify best practices, come-up with innovative ideas

to create high customer happiness scores & higher adoption for our product.

5. Should forecast the future expansion plans and built the business in the right direction.

Skill set:

• Prior Leadership and Team Management Experience.
• Problem Solving Approach.
• Strategic Planning, High focus on business expansion
• Data Analysis and Total knowledge of MS Office.
