Your day-to-day responsibilities as a selected intern will involve: - Calling and comprehending the needs of various customers in order to offer customized solutions. - Handling pre-sales and post-sales support tasks to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction. - Arranging offline physical appointments with clients for sales closures through voice or virtual meetings. - Creating sales reports, analyzing data using MS Excel and CRM tools, and monitoring progress and performance. - Participating in meetings with potential clients to introduce proposals, negotiate agreements, and finalize sales. - Assisting in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote products and services. - Working closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and boost revenue growth.
