Job Description

We're hiring Business Development Representatives (24 yrs exp., MBA/Relevant Degree) for 3 full-time onsite roles in Pune. Responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, order processing, and sales strategy. Strong communication skills a must.Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct effective presentations and demonstrations of our products or services. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track order status and provide updates to clients. Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance. Provide accurate sales forecasts.
