Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) to drive revenue growth by converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to convert them into paying customers. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition. Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, pitch relevant solutions, and maintain relationships to drive repeat business. Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and messages. CRM Management: Track leads, sales pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Revenue Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 2-5 years in B2C inside sales or business development. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Tech Savvy: Experience using CRM tools and sales automation software. Target-Driven: Ability to work under pressure and achieve revenue goals. Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to tailor sales pitches to different customer personas.
