Job Description

Location: Pune Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new clients for logistics, warehousing, distribution, and end-to-end supply chain services. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, pharma, and e-commerce sectors. Prepare and present customized supply chain solutions and proposals to potential clients. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales relationship management. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on business development performance. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the companys services.
