* Periodical market evaluation to ensure client satisfaction
* Proactive manner with developments and implementation of market plans as and when needed.
* Build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs and provide insight for the improvement of sales and consistent development performance.
* Business acumen
* Required Freight Forwarding sales experience maximum of 6 to 10 years
