Job Title: Business Development Manager Services (USA & Europe Markets)

Experience Required: Minimum 9-10 Years

Team Management: Minimum 3 Years (Handling BD/Inside Sales Teams)

Compensation: 15 LPA Fixed (Non-Negotiable) + 8 LPA Variable

Total CTC: 23 LPA Annually

About the Role

NextZen Minds is seeking an experienced, driven, and articulate Business Development Manager – Services to lead the growth of our IT services business in the USA and Europe markets.

This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role that requires a strong international business development background, a proven ability to manage and mentor teams, and the mindset to own the revenue pipeline with complete accountability. The role is best suited for highly focused professionals who understand the long-cycle, consultative nature of selling services to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development for IT services (custom software development, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML services) in USA & Europe markets.

  • Build and own the international sales pipeline across verticals such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and startups.

  • Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 sales executives or BDEs, supporting target planning, activity tracking, and closure strategies.

  • Handle all aspects of the sales lifecycle — including cold outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, client onboarding, and renewals.

  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, sales decks, and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful client experience and internal alignment.

  • Track KPIs, forecast monthly/quarterly revenue, and report performance regularly to leadership.

  • Attend international calls, events, and virtual roadshows relevant to our service portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology

  • Minimum 10 years of international B2B business development experience, specifically in the USA and UK markets

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience, including planning, mentoring, and performance reviews

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in fluent English (spoken and written) – no MTI or accent issues

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding international sales targets

  • Deep understanding of how to pitch and position custom software development, digital transformation, AI, and cloud-based services

  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo)

  • Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and serious about long-term growth in the role

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or selling into Fortune 1000 companies

  • Experience with consultative sales, solution selling, or complex deal structuring

  • Understanding of outsourcing/offshore delivery models and client objections in mature markets

  • Existing relationships or partner network in the US/UK region is a strong advantage

Work Model

  • Hybrid from Bengaluru Office

  • In-office: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • Remote: Tuesday and Thursday

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
