Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager at Pearl HR Services, a business associate of CIEL HR Services, located in Tuticorin, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients for recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing services. With a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in Business Development B2B, sales within the HR services or staffing industry will be an added advantage. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understanding client requirements and collaborating with internal teams to design tailored HR solutions will be essential. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling business proposals, presentations, and pricing models, leading the entire business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. Representing the company at HR conferences, networking events, and industry forums will also be key. It is important to ensure timely reporting of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics. To excel in this role, you should have a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Being goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is crucial. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively across teams, with experience in dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers.
