Job Description

The Business Development Manager (B2B Inside Sales) position in the Sales department requires 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the Technology Sales domain. This is a Full-Time role that involves working from the office from Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. The industry focus for this role includes E-Commerce and Software. As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, close deals, and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in technology and sales are essential for success in this role. Key responsibilities of the position include conducting product demos and presentations tailored to prospects" specific needs, engaging in initial conversations to understand customer requirements, using qualification frameworks like BANT, and delivering comprehensive product demonstrations to educate prospects about the benefits of our products/services. Furthermore, handling objections, nurturing leads, and ensuring the smooth handover of clients to the Onboarding team for further execution are crucial aspects of the role. In addition to the above, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing CRM activities, tracking progress, ensuring data integrity, providing regular reports on lead quality and pipeline progress, and collaborating closely with the Onboarding team to facilitate timely go-lives. Key requirements for the role include excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in B2B Tech Sales, the ability to independently close deals, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree. The position is Full-Time with a day shift schedule, and proficiency in English is mandatory. The work location is in person.
