Job Summary

Sr. Manager / Manager - Marketing & Student Acquisition - KFTL

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Any Graduate / Post Graduate with good English Communication Skills and Street smart personality

· Flair for selling Education products (B2B & B2C)

· Experience of 5 to 8 years - Sales, BD

· Locations – Ahmedabad (Open to travel across India)

Responsibilities:

Planning

1. Collaborate with the KFTL In charge to plan marketing strategies (BTL, ATL & DM) to achieve organizational goals.

2. Collate market information to identify target audiences, trends, and demands.

3. Strategize new tie ups and other entry points for database – schools, tuition centres, industries etc.

4. Develop market outreach programs for funnelling the database.

Implementation

1. Implementation of strategies for 2025-26 admissions.

2. Arrange society and social activities to promote the organization.

3. Visits and Establish relationships with schools Pan-India to facilitate online/Offline admissions.

4. Meet with Principals to discuss KFTL offline & online associations proposals.

5. Arranging school tours to KFTL.

6. Engage with pre-school owners to promote toddler club admissions.

7. Coordinate with malls and other locations for event management (canopies, activities, etc.).

8. Handling stalls in different tech and educational exhibitions

9. Coordinating with schools and Tuition classes for KFTL Tech Fest and competitions.

Coordination

1. Oversee and coordinate all marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.

2. Jointly with Lab In charges, implementing marketing plans and strategies.

Overall Responsibilities

Will be responsible for

1) Conversion of Database to KFTL Admissions (Online/Offline)

2) Developing, implementing, and coordinating marketing strategies to drive admissions growth, build brand awareness, and establish associations with schools and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
