Job Title: Business Development Head Location: Bangalore, India Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Business Development Industry Preference: Food & Beverage, Cloud Kitchens, or related sectors About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Head to lead our expansion efforts across fulfillment centers and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, data-driven decision making, and a deep understanding of the food and restaurant industry. Prior experience with platforms like Swiggy or Zomato is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Collaborations & Partnerships Identify, pitch, and onboard new food brands for hub kitchens and fulfillment centers. Foster strategic alliances with restaurant chains, cloud kitchen operators, and food startups. Design customized business models covering revenue sharing, brand entry, and growth plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and operational execution. 2. Expanding Fulfillment Centers Scout underutilized restaurant and kitchen spaces for conversion into fulfillment hubs. Partner with restaurant owners to enhance their revenue through capacity optimization. Negotiate terms with landlords and franchisees for kitchen infrastructure and delivery hubs. Establish SOPs to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability in all fulfillment locations. 3. Brand Success & Performance Optimization Track and enhance brand performance across all key KPIs: revenue, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. Collaborate with marketing and operations to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. Use Excel and data analysis tools to evaluate market trends, sales data, and customer feedback. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development; food and restaurant sector preferred. Strong B2B sales acumen with experience in high-value negotiations and partnerships. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and performance reporting. Strategic thinker with operational execution capability. Preferred: Prior experience with Swiggy, Zomato, or similar food-tech platforms.
