Job Title: Business Development Franchise Development Location: Gurgaon About Qurbat Apparels Qurbat Apparels Private Limited is a contemporary fashion brand known for its elegant designs, quality craftsmanship, and customer-focused approach. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development professional to lead and manage our franchise development efforts across targeted regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding potential franchise partners in alignment with our brand goals and expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the franchise business development strategy for new market penetration. Identify and approach potential franchisees through various channels (networking, digital outreach, referrals, events). Present Qurbats franchise model, business proposition, ROI, and other critical details to prospective partners. Negotiate terms, complete documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to close franchise deals. Work closely with marketing, retail, and operations teams to ensure smooth franchise launches. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to continuously refine business development efforts. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field. 37 years of proven experience in franchise development, preferably in the apparel, retail, or lifestyle sector. Strong understanding of retail franchising and legal compliance aspects. Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
