Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads via networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's service offerings. Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and pricing for IT infrastructure and managed services. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide market feedback to the product and service development teams. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Service Delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaigns and outreach efforts. Key Areas of Focus: IT Infrastructure Solutions (Networking, Servers, Storage, Data Centres) Cloud Services (Private, Public & Hybrid Cloud) Managed IT Services Cybersecurity Solutions Enterprise IT Support & AMC System Integration & Consulting Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in business development within IT infrastructure/services. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
