Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Noida sector 62 Experience: 1 year Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach (emails, calls, etc.). Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients, addressing their challenges and showcasing benefits. Negotiation: Handle client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals efficiently. Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
