Job Description

Role Summary This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional or fresher with the drive to grow in the high-end surfaces industry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for executing B2B sales, maintaining showroom/architect relationships, and driving awareness of Spectas premium offerings in the market. Key Responsibilities Promote and generate leads from architects, contractors, kitchen installers, and project consultants Work on-site with showroom owners and IDAs to maintain brand visibility Manage sample circulation, follow-ups, and display setups Assist senior sales managers in sales strategy and execution Coordinate with internal departments for orders, deliveries, and client service Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Masters in Business Administration or a related field Experience in or knowledge of tiles, ceramics, stone, or sanitaryware preferred Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field work Good verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a target-oriented, field-based environment Location: Surat,Noida,Bengaluru,Delhi
