  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall performance against targets.
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps in the lead management process and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
