Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our web development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling marketing activities, generating leads, and driving sales through effective telemarketing and negotiation strategies. You will play a crucial role in promoting our software development services and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our software development services and identify business opportunities.
  • Marketing Activities:

    Assist in planning, deriving strategies and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Client Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Negotiation:

    Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Sales Targets:

    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing new clients and projects.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities in the software development sector.
  • Customer Feedback:

    Gather and report customer feedback to the management team to improve service offerings.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information and detailed call notes.
  • Identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads through various channels such as email, phone calls, and online inquiries.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, answering inquiries, and providing relevant information about products and services.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking the progress of leads and ensuring timely follow-ups to close deals.
  • Accurately input and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and efficient sales processes.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness; collaborate with the product team to stay informed about product updates.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    1+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the IT or web development industry.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and handle objections.
  • Marketing Acumen:

    Basic understanding of IOT(Internet of Things), digital marketing strategies and SEO.
  • CRM Knowledge:

    Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Target-Oriented:

    Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Team Player:

    Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Adaptability:

    Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and market trends.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
