Role & Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers (students, parents, tutors). Support in generating leads and maintaining CRM databases. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Help schedule and coordinate demo classes or consultations. Communicate with tutors and clients to ensure smooth onboarding. Collaborate with the operations team to improve conversion and engagement. Contribute to building a strong community of learners and educators. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong interest in startups, sales, or the education sector. Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi (Kannada is a bonus). Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, and maintaining records. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. Students or fresh graduates from any stream can apply. Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
