About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and visit salons & spas in assigned localities 2. Pitch MioSalon (salon management software) and Welns.io (salon discovery & booking marketplace) 3. Explain product benefits, pricing and onboarding process 4. Collect required documents and onboard salons to both platforms 5. Train salon staff on app & dashboard usage 6. Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets 7. Build strong relationships with salon owners 8. Gather market feedback and share insights with the team Requirements: 1. Demonstrate 1-3 years of field sales or onboarding experience 2. Show proven track record of merchant onboarding success 3. Travel comfortably within the city for client visits 4. Communicate effectively with strong, convincing skills 5. Learn new tools quickly with mobile proficiency 6.
