Business development executive

As a Business Development Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Bio CNG operations. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, understanding their product requirements, and effectively promoting our offerings to expand our customer base. You should possess a Chemistry background along with hands-on experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development in the Pharma or Chemical Industry. Proficiency in SEM, SEO, Social Media, and Email marketing to drive sales growth and lead generation is essential. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must for this role. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying and approaching prospective customers in relevant industries, conducting client meetings to gather detailed technical and commercial specifications, promoting our Bio CNG products to new and existing customers, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams will be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement roles, preferably in the energy, chemical, or sustainability sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and self-motivation are key attributes we are looking for. This is a full-time position that requires fluency in English and Hindi. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is preferred. The work location is in person.
