Businesses development executive

As a Business Development Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Bio CNG operations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, understand their product requirements, and effectively promote our offerings to expand our customer base. To excel in this role, you should have a background in Chemistry and practical experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development within the Pharma or Chemical Industry. Proficiency in SEM, SEO, Social Media, and Email marketing is essential for driving sales growth and lead generation. Additionally, strong oral and written communication skills are a must-have. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and approaching prospective customers in relevant industries, conducting client meetings to gather detailed technical and commercial specifications, promoting our Bio CNG products to existing and new customers, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs will also be a part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement roles, preferably in the energy, chemical, or sustainability sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, a proactive mindset, and a solution-oriented approach are key qualifications we are looking for. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in English and Hindi, with a willingness to travel up to 50%. The job location is in person.
