Business Development Associate

Require agency experience of 2 years. Identifying opportunities - Researching and analyzing market trends to identify areas for growth Building relationships - Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, key stakeholders, and decision makers Generating leads - Creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients, and making outbound calls to them Closing deals - Negotiating with clients to help them move down the sales funnel, and arranging deals Managing the sales process - Overseeing the sales process, and ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up Presenting results - Presenting monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors Collaborating - Collaborating with marketing on campaigns, and working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks Time management - Developing daily to monthly schedules, and delegating tasks to freshers Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 2 years (Required) total work: 2 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
