About the job: We're on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our energetic team in Pune. If you're someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on challenges, and has a knack for building relationships, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: A. Lead Generation: * Identify potential leads through research, networking, and outbound outreach (calls, emails, and social media). * Qualify leads to ensure alignment with EventBeep's offerings. * Pipeline Management: * Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and track progress in the CRM. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversion rates. B. Relationship Building: * Engage with potential clients (recruiters and companies) to understand their hiring needs. * Clearly communicate the value of EventBeep's platform and services to solve their challenges. C. Collaboration & Feedback: * Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to improve our products and strategies. * Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach campaigns and messaging. What We're Looking For: * Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role or B2B sales. * Communication Skills: You're confident, persuasive, and excellent at conveying ideas both verbally and in writing. * Proactive Mindset: You're self-motivated, goal-driven, and not afraid to take initiative. * Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. * Team Player: You work well with others and thrive in a collaborative environment. * Availability: You're based in Pune and ready to join immediately.
