Job Description

Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets to drive new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads and qualifying business opportunities through networking, trade shows, events, and outreach. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies that align with the companys goals and target market. Stay informed on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities within the coffee industry to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion. Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners. Lead negotiations and ensure contracts are closed in a timely and efficient manner while meeting company targets. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies. Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
