Job Description


Role & responsibilities

Business Development:


Identify and acquire new clients in the marine, offshore, and shipping industries.


Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, managers, and procurement teams.


Sales Strategy & Execution:


Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet revenue targets.


Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.


Key Account Management:


Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.


Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service delivery.


Proposal & Quotation Management:


Prepare and present competitive proposals and pricing models.


Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.


Cross-functional Coordination:


Collaborate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to align services with client needs.


Reporting & Forecasting:


Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and forecasts using CRM tools.


Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Sales, Maritime, Logistics or related fields.


5-10 Years in B2B Sales, Preferably in marine services, shipping, logistics or related industries.


Strong network within maritime and offshore sectors is a plus.
