You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the business. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the development of innovative business strategies- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities- Drive the implementation of business initiatives to achieve strategic goals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub- Strong understanding of business process architecture- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
